Does the job at a fair price
I have several back problems, including spondylitis and a curvature of my spine, and am in constant pain when I sit and stand but this helps in my husband's car. I already had a similar one in my own car but got fed up moving it from one car to another so decided to investigate perhaps an even better one but I discovered that some offer no support at all ie your back actually touches the back of the chair as you put weight on them. This one, however, offers good support just where I need it. Given the amount of pain I am in, I was prepared to pay whatever it took to get the right chair support so investigated several but I am glad I opted for this one. It does the job and, even better, is not expensive.

Good value but not the best quality.
Initially this is a good piece of equipment and offered good back support. The massage part is a more gimmicky than effective. It performed well for many months of daily use. After about 6 months it did start to show signs of stitching coming loose but for the price, great value. This review is coming from someone who has had this item for almost a year.

good, but the stitching is poor
cheap product but it does aid some with sitting posture at your desk. Mine lasted about 3 months of daily use before the textured rubber padding on the front began to rip at the seams with the stitching, then again, I have a slouching tendency that perhaps even this device cannot fix.I can't deny this does help, but it is still only mesh with a wire frame so mine eroded after that while. Also be careful not to snag on anything.

Nicely supports my back
Great product, great comfort for my back. Work from home is now super comfy.

Bad quality, doesn't do it's job
The product is wonky for a start, the part that touches your back isn't glued on straight. The material and overall quality is poor so when it's on your chair any pressure on it and it just goes flat. It offers so back support at all. Do not buy this product

AMOS Super Comfort Mesh Lumber Support
AMOS Super Comfort MeshI have just bought two more of these excellent supports, so that now makes three distributed about the house. I like the lightness and simplicity of this item. It's true it tends to slip down on office style chairs with their single stem backrest but I find it can easily be repositioned. It is comfortable on my dining room chairs and even when simply placed (unattached) on the sofa. Can be used either way up for varied back support.I haven't actually compared it with any comparable type but chose this on recommendation from a friend with similar back problems.A fairly basic but effective design, Reasonably priced.

Potentially good product disappoints
This is the third of these I've had. The first one was bought from Debenhams' and was good, lasting a couple of years or more and provided good back support and comfort when driving. The second one, from Amazon, was identical to the first and lasted about a year before the elastic strap holding it to the car seat broke and the central panel of 'massaging nodes' detached. This most recent one lasted one week when the two vertical elastic straps detached - these straps pull the unit into the required curve for lumbar support and therefore the product is completely useless for its intended purpose. Albeit a reasonable price for a potentially good product, the more recent purchases have let it down through poor quality manufacture.
