It hasn't happened to me June, but I feel the seat base could do with an elastic fixing to hold the cover to the car seat as it moves easily when getting in and out of my car, which means I have take my weight off the seat to adjust the cover every time. Hope this helps?

sorry do not know - it is flexible so unless it is a bucket seat it should fit. I would point out that if it is a leather or vinyl seat the seat cover will slide as the backing material is not what it used to be. it used to be a spongy type material that did not move as you got it. I had to buy none slip rubber sheets between the new cover and my leather car seat. hope that helps

They should fit almost any car unless the seats are very big. They are only held in place by elastic straps.
