good product to focus mind on head position but rubs the neck too much creating soreness
my daughter has used this too good effect although it has been limited in use as the main issue for us is getting the positioning in a way so that it did not rub the skin. my daughter has had a bit of skin burn from the use which has made it difficult to keep this tool in the bag for ongoing use.
