Lightweight as to be expected at the price, but fairly sturdy and well constructed.Easy to assemble taking about 30 minutes, providing you grease the screws and remember to put the seat bottom rails in the right way up. The larger hole goes underneath allowing the screw head to be counter sunk and the screw to protrude through the rail into the seat. Very firm and stable once assembled. All went together smoothly and only one hole needed redrilling to allow the screw to enter the end of one of the seat rails.Delivery speed excellent although somewhat early in the morning.

Really nice bench. Some of the bigger screws need some strength to screw in so it's not for those with weak wrists to assemble but the quality is great for the price. Yet to see how the wood copes with a frost but it's out of direct sunlight so shouldn't bleach. Really pleased with it.

Bought this garden bench as my bistro style chairs are unravelling. It is surprisingly comfortable for a slatted wooden bench since the slats are narrow and close together. Looks attractive too. I didn't realise how heavy it would be and couldn't lift the package when delivered so had to ask my daughter to assist with assembly. (I'm 73 and slightly lame). She had no difficulty in both lifting and assembling it single-handed. The back and the seat are single pieces not separate slats so there were not many pieces to assemble. They joined with an allen key which was provided (I'm glad to say, as I have several but can never find the right size). The holes were pre-drilled but fairly tight so took a little time to turn the screws. I'm very pleased with the finished result. I'm hoping it will be low maintenance as it does not require varnishing, only occasional oiling is recommended. Delivery time was excellent, even with a Bank Holiday and covid19 restrictions. I would certainly recommend both the item and the seller.

The bench was delivered quickly and showed no signs of damage to the packaging. The bench was assembled from 6 pieces (2 arms, a back, a seat, and 2 bottom rails. The screws were a bit tight but I used a bit of oil on the thread and they went in easily enough. Overall, it took about 30 minutes to put together. The most difficult part was locating the four seat screws from underneath the bench. I would suggest getting all the screws started in the their holes before finally tightening them.Others have mentioned splitting the wood when tightening the screws. I did not find this. The bench was well finished and I guess it will "silver" in with exposure to the elements. In my opinion, the bench needs a cushion but most benches would if you wanted to sit on it for a long time.A good looking and sturdy bench easily put together.

The actual product looks ok and easy to assemble but some parts of it and the box were damaged. I contacted the seller and, at their request, sent photos of the damaged parts and the item numbers, I have not yet received replacements and am in constant email communication with them.

This garden bench is so comfortable and easy to put together. Excellent quality and the item is just as described/shown. Excellent customer service from placing the order right through to dispatch. I would highly recommend.

We were after a small bench to fit under the window in our courtyard, somewhere we can sit outside during the day, and this fits the bill.It's perfect, package arrived when it was scheduled to, easy to put together, very sturdy and a great addition to the front of the house, we are looking for a small table to go with it, which will allow me to work outside as I'm working from home for the foreseeable future, and it's nice to be outside when the weather is so pleasant.
