It’s a great kit that has all the basics needed for cleaning your ears. It comes with an instruction manual, irrigation gun, charger, ear shield, disposable ear tips (very hygienic), a water catch basin with a lip to fit under your ear, and were even thoughtful enough to include a drying cloth.Every night I sleep with ear plugs and over time they get gross with ear wax so I was looking for something to clean my ears. I’m guilty of using q tips to clean my ears with limited success and have also bought several metal ears scrapers that didn’t work that great either. At one point I found a 10 milliliter syringe lying around and was using a 50:50 mixture of hot water and hydrogen peroxide to manually flush my ears. It was very messy and took many many squirts but it worked. I knew there had to be an easier way hence why I scoured Amazon for this product.Having an electric gun was a game changer. I was worried at first the spray may be too strong and damage my ears but found the various settings to be sufficient. I personally find the strongest setting to be the most efficient. I was also pleasantly surprised with the catch basin and ear shield. They actually work for their intended purpose. No more water dripping everywhere!The only reason why I’m calling this a basic kit is because I feel the hydrogen peroxide or wax softening drops are necessary to get my ears squeaky clean which isn’t included in this kit. I’m not deducting stars for it though because it is clearly stated that they’re not included.Overall a solid ear irrigation kit that you can’t go wrong with.

This kit works great. My whole adult life I've had issues with ear wax build up, even to the point where I've had to make a couple of trips to walk-in clinics to get impacted wax removed. I've tried everything, with limited results. This ear cleaner is the first tool I've ever used that's been really effective.The remover has multiple pressure settings which is nice. Even the highest (most pressure) setting is completely painless and non-irritating. Unlike a typical syringe cleaner that needs constant refills to apply enough water, this unit's large water container means you can use it for an extended period without refilling. It's easily USB rechargeable, quiet, hassle-free, not messy, and does the job. Definitely recommended.

Bought this due to large amounts of ear wax build up in both ears. This is so easy to use and really does the job. This includes everything you will need to help with ear wax build up. After using this 2x in each ear, I saw the built up ear wax come out and into the supplied catch basin. I had tried using the squeeze bulb and ear picks from a local pharmacy store and those items are not worth the time and money you spend on them. Skip all those other items and just buy this. You'll be glad you did.The hearing aid specialist I was seeing was so impressed with the ear wax that I was able to remove with this that she wanted the info so I gave her a copy of this for her other hearing aid patients.

The Ear Irrigation Kit really does a good job cleaning out your ears. I found it works best using it after taking a shower when the ear wax is already softer. I would recommend this product, it works better than I expected.If I was to give any sort of negative feedback it would be that I wish the LEDs on the back by the power switch were labelled other than the sticker you are supposed to pull off. If they used numbers instead of round dots that illuminate you would better know what setting you are on.A word of caution is to make sure you run it before you go to irrigate your ear. I had a bit of air in the line and when the water pushed the air out it created a high pressure inside my ear that hurt. This was operator error and hasn't happened since.

I have small ear canals, so I have frequent problems with ear wax. My ENT specialist told me to never use a cotton swab, because that pushes the wax in further. Therefore, I am always looking for a solution when my hearing isn't good. Typically, I would make an appointment and have my ENT doctor flush out the ear wax. This is very inconvenient and time consuming! I have tried other various things, such as a camera to see into my ears. While that is helpful to see the issue, it's hard to get the ear wax out. So I was excited when I saw this electric ear cleaner! It really works! I especially like that there are different settings, so you can change the intensity of the water strength into your ear. I was able to do it to myself, so that was another plus! I definitely recommend this! I can hear so much better after using it. Just try it!

I used this three times. I made sure to read and follow all directions, but all I got out of my ears was the water that went in them.
