Love this serum and brand in general. Great for my sensitive skin. Leaves my skin looking hydrated. Dries fast so I can move on to moisturizer without waiting.

I just received this yesterday but so far the bottle I got a the one pictured above so it’s white glass bottle with blue labeling and I do not like the squirtter top because it comes out dumb, it doesn’t squirt out all pretty. so basicallly.. messy, be prepared to catch this pricey stuff in your hand. I’ll keep you posted on if it actually works since I’m using it for my acne scarring

I am quickly becoming obsessed with every Clearstem product. When I received this, the packaging had a QR code I could scan, taking me to their pore clogging checker. Amazed and shocked, I discovered several products I was using had pore clogging ingredients! Incredible resource for those with sensitive, acne prone skin.Now for a review of this actual product. My skin is radiant and visibly looks better, brighter, smoother. I’ve been using for about 3 weeks (in conjunction with their Hydraglow moisturizer) and I am hooked.

I was excited to try this product thinking it was going to improve my skin based on the claims and ingredients described in their Amazon description. The reviews were high so I figured it was worth taking a chance for $60 as the reviews speak volumes. Well, it made my face break out more than I have ever broke out and I wasn’t having horrible breakouts, just a few. It never reduced the scars nor help heal the breakouts and it dried out my skin. I am so disappointed in this product and regret wasting my money on it. I do question all of the ingredients as they are not detailed on the bottle. Never again!

I love clearstem products and they have been so helpful in healing my skin. However, clearstems customer service is an absolute embarrassment and how they operate through amazon seems scam like. I ordered the cellrenew serum and was told it had shipped two days later. Well, 3 weeks later and there was still no tracking number or information regarding the order. I had to go back and forth between amazon and clearstem and clearstem still would not resolve the issue until amazon had to force their hand. It seems that if you order the product via amazon they will not recognize or fulfill the order because it is not associated with a CS# on amazon. I have tried contacting clearstem again about their horrible customer service with no response.

Knocked off a star:: #1 Disappointing to see the price keep jumping up and up. Ten dollars in a week. Idk Its hard to stay loyal to a brand that does that.#2 star lost...I have mixed feelings. On one hand I feel (with a combo of other cleansers and rose toners...) that my skin overall is clearing up, looks less like a tomato and smoother. However I haven’t done anything crazy -clean diet- and woke up with 6 gigantic, warm cysts. I maybe get 1-2 every 2 months. So hormone regulating? No, not so much. Perhaps I’m just clearing out crap and it will be smooth sailing? Idk If you were to try it I’d definitely say don’t make any other changes until you’ve tested this for 30 days.Pros: goes on easily, absorbs well and I can’t feel anything residual or yucky on my face if I do touch it (compared to some that peel off).
