We really like the way these fitted flush and tight to the wall. They have a secondary clip that stops your mirror/picture from coming off the hook if banged or lifted by accident.These would be good (although probably not advised for) anchoring a TV safety cable to the wall should you be worried about TVs being accidentally tipped/pushed.Very easy to fit and they feel strong and well put together.

I needed to rehang a display cabinet and the previous frame it used had been broken. after looking around I found these, they can hold the weight and were easy to install coming with their own screws and wall plugs. The cabinet in question couldn't use the standard kitchen cabinet wall supports so I had been looking for a couple of months. It's not a heavy mirror but they worked for me and a mirror should be easy to hang from them.
