Busha Browne Pukka Hot Pepper Sauce, 6 Fluid Ounce

I really like this hot sauce. It has a great flavor while still providing a little heat. I think maybe best all around hot sauce out there.Great on chicken stew and gumbo.

Pukka sauce is a great Scotch bonnet sauce. It's just straight Scotch bonnet flavor without a lot of nonsense... no mango, no honey, just flavor with the right amount of luscious heat.

The reason I think this sauce is one of my favorites is because it has lots of heat but it also has flavor. I love it on fried green tomatoes.

The first time I bought it was at a local grocery store and loved it. Then they no longer carried it, I searched for it in our local area but no luck. Went on line and searched in Canada and there was only one supplier in the country that carried it. It was touch and go to order it as I am only a consumer and their customers were more retail than consumer. They were very good though and let me order so I ordered a good supply. Once that ran out I tried again but they had taken it down from their web site as they explained to me on the phone that their order's from Jamaica were not filled and told me to try again in 3 months. Panic set in so I did a full google search and ordered from an Amazon supplier. While with the shipping and handling came to about $20.00 a bottle it was OK by me as that is the cost of a fine bottle of wine that would never, ever last as long as one of these, but the fine taste in cooking with it makes it worth while. I am sure that if it were ordered in the USA it would not have been that expensive. Cow Bay, Nova Scotia is not so much on the beaten track but virtually not so long ago it would not have been possible at all to have purchased. Very happy

I suppose it was harsh giving this product just one star. See, it's a great product. I absolutely love this hot sauce. Great heat, and even better flavor. The Scotch Bonnet peppers are delightfully crisp and fruity; a wonderful compliment to the heat.I imagine it would be more fair of me to give the product a 5-star rating, and hammer the seller instead, but this was just handier.So why the single star review of a product I love? Because the seller sent me sauce that had expired months before my shipment, that's why! Shame on me for not looking to make sure that I wasn't receiving expired product, but come on....it wasn't even close.Took me a few days of exceptionally uncomfortable gastro situations to tie it back to my new, delightful sauce.To be fair, Amazon refunded the purchase price as soon as I reported that the awful seller sent me poison.I officially and fully endorse this sauce...just get it elsewhere.

Not a tone of heat, but wow, great flavor and just enough kick at the end.

This is great sauce. Beware of this particular vendor though. I just ordered/received my bottle and it expires in 1 month. I should have at least a year on this this kind of purchase.
