Broke immediately
Item broke as soon as we gifted to my daughter for her birthday. The string just gets longer instead of going back in. Nowhere am I able to contact/return for being faulty despite 12 month consumer rights in australia.

It broke after the first time 🐠
We love Dory and the idea is cute. The toy looks so adorable but only swam once then the string broke and will not retract back. The string now seems a little dangerous for little once just hanging out. We will just cut it off but defeats the purpose of a water toy.
