These do work. I have very dry eyes & need to use refresh eye drops a couple of times a day. Using these pads for 30 minutes really does make my eyes a lot less dry through the day. You think they're not really heating up when you apply them but they do. It's a gentle heat & really does help if you have dry eyes

I don’t have a microwave and these work perfectly for doing a heat pack on my eyes after a long day on the computer. Way more relaxing and convenient than constantly replacing the hot water on a wash cloth. And the heat is more consistent and soothing than the electronic heated eye masks.

They work fabulously!! Stay warm for a long time. Pleasant lavender aroma — actually has moisture! So easy to use. The only reason a 4 star is pricey!! (Worth it for the high quality—-especially when I travel)

As a massage therapist, I wanted something to add to my clients experience. These masks and their warming effect has been a hit for them. They've been comfortable for them and some of them have gone on to buy their own.

To start with some positives, these are packaged very nicely and are extremely convenient. You just open a packet up and the mask begins to heat up. It does get too hot, but just give it a moment and then it's wonderful. The texture of the fabric itself is smooth.Unfortunately even though this is the non-scented one, there's something that causes serious eye irritation when using them which makes them unusable for me. If you don't have sensitive skin or eyes, these are probably fantastic. Unfortunately, they really aren't for me.
