Fun time
Gave this to our 7 year old for Christmas. The clay never seemed to full dry but the overall product was really fun. She loved that it came with paint also.

Great idea but product a bit disappointing
Such a brilliant craft concept as my daughter loves creating a sculpture and painting it. The perceived quality of being “Crayola” branded and the inbuilt turntable added extra appeal. However the interior plastic lining and the turntable are a cheap plastic such that the turntable doesn’t turn smoothly and is really just a gimmick. This fun product is probably more suited to younger children under 8-9yo who are less discerning and do not require a higher standard of functioning.

Crayola never disappoints
I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it. It holds all the tools and is easy to clean up. I highly recommend!

Cute rainy day activity but flimsy at best
This is a cute idea, but the air-dry clay doesn’t hold well, especially for a child-made animal. Everything we have made has fallen apart within a day or two, even without handling. If the clay is overworked it will dry out too. Works well for making very small items that don’t have many attachments (the hatching doesn’t seem to hold) but that’s about it. A good rainy day activity but I wouldn’t recommend it as a gift because there’s a bit of disappointment involved!
