Ok, the verdict is in. This stuff works! I'm 65 years old and have been lifting weights most of my life. I found my energy, strength, and everything else slowly tapering off in the last four or five years. So I thought I'd try this stuff. It does what it says! My strength, energy, and a sort of "aggression" are all WAY up. I would not recommend taking two capsules at once as it was a little too much "boost", at least for me anyway. (especially my heart rate). My experience has been that I have to take it early in the morning, if I wait til noon or so to take it, I don't slow down enough to go to sleep until very late! I tried taking these twice, but the smell and taste were disgusting. I threw them away. Since there are no returns, I'm going to try another brand.
