90 capsules but at 3pills per dose it's just a month.
Pretty standard sized pills, same size as my heartburn pills and fiber pills and honestly most of the other supplements. I won't lie, I'm a little disappointed it takes THREE pills (per bottle, per day) as I was like "wow what an amazing value getting 90 of each pill."Oh well, it's not like they're lying, it's just not "fun" taking pills IMO so choking down 6 (plus whatever other meds/supplements you take) is a little daunting.Product page says it's made IN THE USA but for some reason they didn't think to advertise that on the bottles themselves, instead it says "Manufactured for Codeage LLC" which I guess is based in L.A. Who knows if it's actually made in the USA.Assuming however that it is and everything on the label is in it, it's safe to say there's a lot of nutrition to be had. I couldn't imagine going through each ingredient and researching the benefits, but suffice it to say that's a lot of varied fruits and veggies. (yes, there is carrot root and tomato in the fruit, and yes I am aware tomatoes are fruit.)The veggies are a lot of mushrooms and pea protein, even some beet root so hopefully some NO2 boost. Again with the carrot root, which sadly makes me think maybe they're using cheap carrots as filler (I've seen some seasoning salts use dried carrots to bulk up their products, so it's not unheard of). Even if it is just a filler, it's not like carrots are without nutritional value. The smell of both pills is oddly similar to a farmers market, an old one though, not a fresh cleaned one. It at least inspires me to believe what's in the bottle is what's on the label.I wouldn't expect anything drastic from taking these pills, but adding a bit of nutritional value to your daily intake is probably a good idea if you lack a variety.

I did feel more energy!
I liked that I did feel more energy at about 4 or 5 days in...I did not like taking 6 tablets daily, but, honestly, I got used to it, and when you think about what you are getting in those tablets, you rethink the complaint.

Interest - But Not Sure If They Are Better Than Cheaper Options
So these have a rather unique approach to supplements. You are always told that you need to eat your fruits and veggies. This is a dual pack. One bottle is your fruits and one is your veggies. They want you to take three from each bottle a day, which makes this a 30 day supply. While the above is an interesting approach and these do have quite a few ingredients you don't normally see, I'm not convinced they are any better than a good, daily, multi-vitamin. Some of the good ones only ask you to take one pill a day, instead of six. These are a little smaller than the your typical - take one - multi vitamin. That might help anyone who has a hard time swallowing pills.
