Design is nice but materials are lacking
The cats like it!!! But for the price, I didn’t expect 1/4 inch plywood for the shelving and box, and extremely cheap hardware, the latches for the front door couldn’t be made of thinner nickel stamping, Even the polyurethane clearcoat is ultra thin. I had to purchase some additional spray on, as this thing outside would not survive one winter season. The cost of materials are 1/3 of the price paid. Maybe there are shipping charges to cover ?

Simple and secure!
Don't mind the other reviews. If you've put any furniture together, this is easy as can be. All the pre-drilled holes lined up perfectly. Everything was level. We're very happy with the product. Cats get prime bird-watching view! We live in an area with abundant wildlife so we wanted a safe space for our kitties to get fresh air. Edit: we ordered a replacement panel. customer service was extremely helpful and helped us with our special request. HIGHLY recommend!!

Avoid at all cost.
350$ for half a catio. That's right half of the thing. Noteven able to assemble it because the parts for step one are not even there. I got 7 of the 14 main pieces for 350$ I can't do anything with this. Don't be like me read the reviews and don't get scamed

This catio was not easy to assemble. I had to get someone to put it together which took a few days. But other than that issue, my cats and kittens really like it.

Sturdy cat patio
Arrived early in sturdy boxes. Everything marked so assembly easy. Best to have 2 to assemble and power drill for screwdriving. Parts well made wood pieces though not painted nor water proofed. Roof does have coating.

This is cheap and didn't come with any hardware or even instructions. Made in China by children I assume.

Poor craftsmanship
You have to wear gloves to assemble so not sure how pet safe this product can be. Not sturdy at all I would not recommend purchasing this product. Wood cut out around house is so rough cat bound to injury itself very cheaply made product
