These are absolutely beautiful colors! Love that they don't need a black base coat. I haven't had good luck with magnetic polish but these worked and look gorgeous.

UPDATE 3/25/22: Editing my review from 3 stars to 5 ❤️ I ordered the Smoothies set and I AM IN LOVE! It does not need a base color! It is just as amazing as the pictures show. I’ve added more pictures to my review, used the pink one first with the same magnet technique that I mentioned below.I ordered the galaxy set and I’m pretty happy with it except for a few things. Most importantly, the color is NOT as vibrant as pictured. Anyways - This product was mostly easy to use and even came with black gel polish to go underneath. It comes with directions that lacked any helpful tips on how to use the magnet for different effects so search for one on YouTube. Here are my nails in the sun vs shade just to show how it turned out.I used one black coat, two coats of the bluegreen shade on all fingers PLUS a coat of the red shade on my middle finger and thumb. I used the circle magnet on opposite corners of each nail for this swirl effect, make sure to cure immediately after each coat to keep effect.It came out nice, but I was disappointed with the pigment. The picture makes it seem MUCH more vibrant, but it really is not as colorful as advertised. Also, I couldn’t figure out a good way to use the large magnet. Every time I tried it, it took away almost ALL of the color and left a mostly black nail except for a sheer thin line where I held it over. That’s when I looked up how to videos online and gave up on that end of the magnet, it just wasn’t working for me. So I decided to use the small circle magnet on opposite corners, to push the color towards the middle in a pretty swirly line.

I’m really liking this cat-eye gel so far. I think it’s unique because most cat-eye only looks good over black or other dark colors but this actually looks better over lighter colors. I tested over both black and white, which is shown in one of my pics, and you can see that the colors didn’t really show with the black base. Over black they all kind of looked like a general silver color, except maybe the green and purple were slightly noticeable. This cat-eye won’t give you the Aurora Borealis effect, it’s more for the Velvet look that’s popular right now.Another review recommended that these work best over a similar color sheer or jelly base, and I definitely agree with that. My other pic is the tests that I did where I really liked how they turned out. From the top:-Champagne cat-eye over opaque apricot color-Champagne cat-eye over pink/peach jelly color-Purple cat-eye over opaque lilac color-Pink cat-eye over rose jelly color-Lilac cat-eye over silver-white fine glitter colorThe polish reacts very easily to the magnet so go slow, you don’t have to put the magnet super close to get it to move like you do with some cat-eye gels. Overall, I definitely recommend this, it’s easy to work with and a unique option to add to your gel polish collection.

Product harén quickly while on self. Bottles were locked tight. I used acetone to thin them out but quality was compromised. Otherwise product was usuable.

Beautiful color pay off I’m absolutely obsessed with these!! Stays on, no peeling, cures quickly and is very easy to use. The cat eye gel is thick but it’s still very easy to use and the magnet moves it around quickly.

I’m a nail tech and have used cat eye gel. This is crap! My brush fell out of one of them. There’s not enough color shifting pigment in the gel to give it a beautiful effect. Colors are way off from the pictures. I was really hoping it would be nice but will not buy again or nor would I recommend
