Q: How many pens does it hold

It takes 2. I only use a pen once a fortnight so even going abroad I only require 1 pen with me and it keeps it cool all the way to Greece and and then out to the islands. Hope This Helps

Yes it would. I use it for one epipen and the other space for tester jabber thing lol. I also put daily needle supply in it so there is room for other bits too. Hope that helps. :-)
