What is the length of the refill?

Bret, I wrote the company and they told me to order the refills. I did it. They are black ink, Parker Schmidt P 900. I love this pen and it really helps with my tremors. The refill is 3 7/8 inches

What size tip does this pen have? 0.7mm?, 0.5mm? or what? I like a fine point because I have to initial in tiny squares at work.

I'm not certain but I believe it's a 0.7mm tip. I bought this pen for a relative who has an essential tremor. It has worked very well for her.

What are the other writing aids for people suffering with Writers Tremor/ Cramps.

It did NOT work for me.......nothing has except I do better if I use a thin pen.....
