The most awesome shampoo ever. I’m on my second round

I love this shampoo but the packaging is horrible. Tried 2 times to do this through Amazon but both times the bottles had leaked a lot of product in to the plastic envelope. Thos should be shipped in a box

I like this shampoo in many ways, it does a good job of balancing out my oily hair, but it doesn't later well upon my first shampoo and I always have to rinse and add shampoo and start the process over, I don't like having to use so much just to wash my hair once a day. It just doesn't justify the cost with having to use so much. I haven't had this issue with other shampoos. I do wash daily as my hair gets oily easily and this is due to hormone changes.

My hairdresser introduced me to Cibu Balance. I have used it exclusively since. My hair look and feels great. And I love the smell

I chose to get CIBU shampoo because I knew I liked it, and I wanted to save a little money. From previous experience, I knew this shampoo was a white color. However, when I pumped this bottle, it came out brown although some leaking through the cap was white. I kept pumping, and the color changed to a lighter brown. I decided not to keep pumping as I did not know caused the brown color and if it was harmless. I threw away the whole bottle and deleted my subscriptions for both the shampoo and a CIBU conditioner.

Love this shampoo. The smell is so good. But it's hard to get out of the bottle. Pump is not effective.
