The quality is great. The scissors were amazing. Would order this package again and revert it to friends and family.

I used zipties to secure to an adjustable stand. I poked small holes to pass zipties across the top of the sign and secure to the crossbar.I didnt use the balloons, those were not great quality and small.The scissors are big and sturdy and cut well. We did not use the bow ribbon, I couldn't figure out how to use it.

This kit was perfect for my grand opening ceremony! The scissors are huge and are actually really sharp so they easily cut through the ribbon. The banner was a great focal point as well.

The scissors were good but the ribbon ship was not as advertised. Was expecting wide blue ribbon but received super thin white ribbon l.

I bought these scissors for a ribbon cutting for a new building at our university. I was shocked when it came time to use them that they would not even cut the ribbon that came in the box with them. The scissors themselves are sharp and can cut through paper without an issue, but it's impossible to cut ribbon with them.

Balloons all either had holes or blew up while filling, they were all old, degraded balloons. Ribbon was short. Banner looked cheap. But the scissors worked and were what I needed most. Not impressed with the package though.
