This is an awesome, high-quality gaming chair
Due to the virus, I'm working from home most of the time, as well as doing more desktop computer gaming than ever. Because my butt is planted in a chair at my desk for hours on end, I decided to treat myself and get a nice gaming chair. I did a lot of research on-line, and read a bunch of Amazon reviews. Sometimes I think you can learn more from the 1 and 2 star reviews than the 5 star ones. In any case, I decided to buy the Noble Chairs Epic Gaming Chair. I picked the "SK Gaming" colors because I thought the black and white color scheme was cool, and also because that style would ship and arrive at my house in only a matter of days (other colors were sold out or had shipping delayed out a month or more). I didn't realize until later that SK Gaming was a professional German e-sports team! LOL. Who knew.In any case, this is a great chair! Even the base model leather is high quality. All the pieces are heavy and durable. You can tell this isn't any sort of cheap knock-off, but the real deal. Assembly was easy (and I'm not handy). Just be careful of pulling the lever that reclines the back of the seat during assembly, because that mechanism is spring loaded and could hurt you if you aren't paying attention!I tried using the headrest pillow and lumbar support, but they're a little weird, and not to my liking, so I put them off to the side. The chair is comfortable without them. Some people have said that the seat is too firm, but I like it. It's comfortable without being plush. If you're looking for a chair that you sink into, this isn't it. So your mileage may vary. I'd also say the height controls, the armrests, and the headrest are all perfect for my body type. I'm 6'1", 210#.In any case, I'd definitely recommend this chair to anyone in the market for a sweet gamer throne!

This thing was designed to perfectly support those areas that ache at the end of a long day
The chair is amazing.....it truly is. I work a very hard job...I hardest part physically is performing restraints on patients in crisis. You get beat up, spit on, cursed at and screamed at for 10-12 hours. So when I clock out and get home to vape and play games on my pc to wash away the day I want a good chair to sit in while enjoying my R&R. The seating is firm but conforms depending on your weight and sensitivity. The people who designed this chair knew it wouldn't be for everyone, anyone would know you are kidding yourself to think otherwise. But the cushioning used conforms to your bone structure and depending on the firmness of your behind the rest too. But expect it to give.....firm but conforms to cup you comfortably. The back is amazing and has cushions to support you. the top of the back has a cushion that sits right at the base of my skull and top of my neck to lean back into. After adjusting the rest it (tilt and height) you are set. the wheels work just fine on mid shag carpet....dont know about full shag. the armrests are a durable material with zero cushion or fabric which I HIGHLY PRAISE because I want to be able to exchange arm padding for new ones....cheap and easy to replace as they wear out FAST on models with anything other than plastic or wood. My only complaint would be the elastic bands used to hold the pillows....I dont see them lasting and worry about comfort without them....or if I can replace them with better ones...If I could give it 100 stars I would NOBLE! I have always had great faith in good German Designs for many products. Germans seem to have a philosophy of building things to last. I can speak personally on homes and vehicles so there was no question when I stumbled across this chair I was pleasantly surprised at the value I was staring at. Good Job and thank you!

DO NOT BUY PLEASE READ
Just after under a year of use my gaming chair has failed on me and is no longer usable. I've sent in a warranty replacement request and hopefully noble will help me out. After looking at what failed I'm surprised such a high-quality chair has such a weak base and that a small metal wire is all that supports the whole back support....I was lucky that I didn't fly over the back and get hurt when the chair failed on me.Just an update. After nearly two months I received a replacement base seat to fix my broken chair. I guess for now it's fine but I can't use the reclining feature to lean back more than a few clicks as I'm afraid the same thing will happen again and I won't be under warranty. That being said I appreciate their customer support honoring the warranty. Now it seems my left armrest will not hold position anymore. It also seems my right one will be there soon too. I took it apart and it's clear it wasn't designed very well and is made with cheap plastic. I wont bother requesting a replacement and will be drilling and inserting small metal pins to give me back the ability to have a stable sturdy armrest. Looking through it the whole part is made of plastic besides the base it attaches to the 10 screws and a single metal spring. For the near 400$+ you pay for this chair I was hoping it wouldn't just look pretty and would be built sturdy but that being said it appears it's just a pretty face built upon cheap parts. The only positives I will give the chair is that it looks cool and is somewhat comfy. Other than that don't expect the chair to last very long mostly if it's used moderately. Also saying the chair has a sturdy steel frame. It's a 1/4" wire steel frame. After less than a year of use and under the weight maximums while attempting to lean back it bent.I won't be buying noble again nor recommending this to anyone.
