Typo or not typo?... that is the question!
Typo or not typo? That SEEMS to be the question BUT I don't actually think it is one. I think it's an attempt at an accent. I don't imagine that it got past the proof reading stage without that line having been questioned by various people.ANYWAY the book itself! Nice glossy cover with excellent illustrations. Not quite the story i remember and there's far less red on these pages than an accurate retelling would have! Cute though and a much more kiddie (and indeed shark) friendly tale. Perfect for Jaws and sharks fan's of ANY age.Kid's wanting to watch the movie after reading this book MAY be in for a shock though!....fin.

Not quite so scary as the movie, so its ok to read to younger people. Great for budding Jaws fans!

Lifelong Jaws fan and book worm so had to get this... and at 44 years of age I love it! Great for any Jaws fan to add to their memorabilia collection

Piss poor quality
Well written book... Great to have such a classic movie available as a kids bookHowever...... piss poor print quality. Hardback Is NOT a hardback. Bound in very cheap cardboard.Shame... print company should either do better or not bother.

Cute take on a classic
Love the references throughout the book. So funny. Great gift and a fun read for yourself and your kiddos.

A gift for the adult who reads to kids
I gave this as a gift to my brother to read to his grandkids, so it was a triple gift. He gets the nostalgia enjoyment and they get a cute picture book.The book omits the non-kid-friendly parts of the movie but still gets all the locations in.
