I use this sauce on many foods. Better than any other "hot" sauce out there but still more on the mild side,

This stuff is great for chicken thighs. Probably great on other things too, but IDK. I usually toss the thighs in a bowl and grill them. It isn't too spicy like that. I've never used it after cooking, only before. It would probably be too powerful of a flavor as a finishing sauce.

Only 4 stars because the spicy variety was not very spicy, but taste great though.

I have loved Cajun Garlic Power for years and am eager to try the spicier variety. The sauce goes very well with seafood and adds just the right kick to soups, stews, gumbo, etc. Impossible to find in my local stores, so Amazon came through handsomely.

Product is way to salty. It wasn't usable.
