Q: does kill cockroaches?

Urethritis with piperonyl butoxide synergist is a good knock down material for roaches but they will develope resistance if you have used any other material from the same family of pesticides in the past. Also, know that an aerosol will not remedy a cockroach infestation by itself s it’s contact only. And has no residual effect. . Cockroach bait gels, dust powders and effective residual insecticides are most effective.

Q: Does this have the skinny nozzle to direct spray into crevices?

Amending my answer. It seems the picture may be wrong. This is the identifying info on the purchase I made which did have the fold down spray nozzle: Manufacturer Part Number TRTD11716 Model Number 1136 Check that, and if it's the same as what you propose to buy, it should have the nozzle you want.

Q: I see many people saying the odor is horrible. If I spray near or on clothes or upholstery will they hold the odor for more than a day or two?

The odor is really horrible, however after we opened windows and put fans in a few hours later we are clear of any scent whatsoever.
