I bought this to improve Wi-Fi reception on a PC in a location far from the main access point in someone's house. With some experimentation around positioning (mostly done by repeatedly running speedtests while slowly moving it around a desk), this antenna easily beat the stock antenna supplied with the motherboard. Its magnetic base may also comes handy for "limpeting" on to a nearby surface.

Having my home internet upgraded from 30MB to 500MB due to a new fiber link (I had the option of up to a 1.6GB/s fiber link, this seemed overkill for me so I opted for the 500MB/s).Due to the internet upgrade I was going to need something more than a strong 2.5ghz signal given the increase in bandwidth.The old "came with the motherboard" wifi reciever was fine for 2.5ghz in my office but was struggling to pick up a decent 5.2ghz signal.This kit attached to my motherboard with no issue, increased signal gain over stock and for a reasonable cost, along with an install of a Wifi extender (see my review for RE815XE).A reasonably priced, well made bit of kit to increase your signal strength, would buy again.

This defiantly improved my WiFi, its got a long cable so i was able to put it a lot closer to my router and get a much better signal. Great value for money. It's got a magnet so can fit anywhere would like the magnet to be stronger. Easy to install. Functions perfectly

I recently bought this dual band WiFi antenna to replace the default antenna that came with my Gigabyte Aorus B550 motherboard. The default antenna broke after 5 months, and I was looking for a more durable and effective replacement.This antenna is a great improvement over the default antenna. It is made of high-quality materials and has a strong magnetic base that makes it easy to attach to my computer case. The antenna also has a higher gain, which means that it can receive weaker signals more easily.I have been using this antenna, and I have been very impressed with the results. I have had a much stronger and more consistent WiFi signal, even in areas where the signal was previously weak. I am also able to connect to my WiFi network from further away now.Overall, I am very happy with this antenna. It is a great upgrade over the default antenna and it has made a big difference in my WiFi signal.

Exactly what I needed.No more wifi connectivity issues to the PCs.Easy to plug in (well, screws in, but you get what I mean!) Long cable.

Adding this aerial made a massive difference to the WIFI signal I get on my PC. Before the signal to the back my PC would give me 15-30mbs internet speeds, and after adding this aerial and placing it is a better location a couple of metres away from the PC, I have just tested and gotten 130mbs. I am pay for 150mbs so that is almost the full bandwidth and I have two other people currently using the internet, so that is enough to convince me this was worth the money. The magnetic base works and will stick to vertical steel surfaces well and it seems well built.

It's been simple to install and use, I really like the magnetic base, and it gives a great signal connection allowing the use of the WiFi 6 my router provides.

Bought this as it looked good quality and supports Wifi-6 and wanted to get an antenna with a longer cable to use with my Motherboard and pc.My existing cable is only half meter in length so short but I was getting a good signal.Plugged this one in and say the antenna less than 3 meters away from the PC and it was getting a lower signal. Not full bar and lower speeds due to this.For being closer to the router and dual Antennax I'd of thought it was better. How wrong I was. Swapped back to my original one and asked for a refund. Waste of money, don't waste your time and try another one.
