The media could not be loaded.  You know what, it’s not bad. I like that it’s super easy to use and not too expensive for a juicer that works. Easy to assemble, clean and put away however, I just keep mine in the counter; I enjoy fresh juice in the morning. The only down fall is the pulp catcher.. it sometimes moves and it’s a bit finicky however, it doesn’t bother me too much. Overall I recommend it, it’s perfect for an affordable juicer that works.

Our lemon tree is truly full this season. Made lemon jelly, lemon bars, lemonade and gave away what I could, my friend’s trees are really full too. Last week while juicing umpteen lemons bent my little metal juicer, decided it was time for a new one. Recently bought a Kitchen Aid tilt head stand mixer and thought why not get the reamer juicer. This was well priced and decent reviews. Used my pyrex 2 qt glass measuring cup as a catch bowl and a plastic sieve instead of the little tray. Two cups of lemon juice in no time at all. It took longer to wash and cut the lemons than to juice them. Next time will use the larger reamer, my lemons are big ones.

This thing is awesome. You do get an insane yield from citrus, especially limes (more an 1 oz of juice out of a small lime) but my only complaint is that you need to put a ton of pressure on the fruit to jam it into the rotating part of the attachment. The mixer must be pushed up against your backsplash or a wall. If the mixer is in the middle of your kitchen island or near the edge of the counter you won’t have the leverage you need to press the fruit into the juicer. Your mixer will just move backwards.
