Can I use it on a car?

I’d use regular permanent adhesive vinyl on a car - rather than HTV.

Is this even H TV because the label on the package says adhesive vinyl?

We have found out the hard way that adhesive vinyl is not the same as heat transfer. If your package you received says adhesive and you ordered heat transfer, return it. They didn't send you the right thing. Don't ask for a replacement as they will only pull from the same bin, order from a different vendor.

The roll i got just says craft vinyl roll, and does not say htv or heat transfer anywhere on it. is this actually heat transfer vinyl??

Anyone apply this to rigid nylon parts? Part has a rough surface but wouldn't be possible to iron unless a plastic welding tip would would work.

this vinyl is super thin.. you could get away using on a rough surface but, it needs evenly applied heat & pressure to stay in contact..
