Excellent book. There is also a new 1 hour surgery some doctors are doing that takes the cells from the hip, combines with cells from belly fat and inserts into the joint which seems to be working extremely well to relieve all pain in that joint. This is done instead of a joint replacement. Awesome results from what I hear.

The credibility of this doctor is outstanding... all of his books are filled with wisdom... I recommend any of his books highly. He writes with much authority, knowledge through his many years of experience and in simple verse that is easy to comprehend. He does not talk down to the reader, but uses many visuals to relate what he is presenting. His Bible Cure series is awesome!

It was an ok common sense book

The book is very informative, although it might be difficult to actually eliminate all the products he recommends to exclude from your diet.

That's why as soon as I found out my new diagnosis, I immediately went to the web to see if he had a book for Rheumatoid Arthritis.
