For those who have used it for postpartum, wouldn't it be better to have longer than 20 mins of coldness?

You can continue wearing the ice pack longer than this as it has an absorbent pad as well that is useful during postpartum healing.

What's the trick to open these things? The inner pouch just won't pop... Very frustrating...

We recommend feeling around for the pouch of liquid inside and folding just at that area. Once you feel the pouch of liquid it would be easier to pop and shake around for the cold reaction to occur
