To be honest, I wasn't expecting it to, but it works.Positives and negatives.So the 1 negative: when I plug in or unplug the power lead, my screen now goes blank for a few seconds, but that's it.Positives:It lifts the back of the laptop (ThinkPad X260), allowing more air to reach the fan, as well as providing a slightly more ergonomic position.It lasts significantly longer than the original battery.Now, the watt hours: is it actually 72? No.But it is 71.2, to any engineer, that is 72, and that's closer than my laptop's original battery, which was meant to be 24. The reality was 21.7, so this battery is closer to the target than the original battery.Provided it does not burn my house down in the coming weeks, I will leave it with a 5-star review.

Started well, capacity declined steadily or 8 months till now its worse that the pack it replaced.same as any other none gen replacement, dont bother.

This battery provides ultimate battery life for my little 12" Thinkpad. If I'm ever going off site where having to stop and charge wouldn't be convenient I will always pack this battery.It easily lasts a full day of fairly intensive work and then some.The only downside is obviously because of the size it props the laptop up as if it's on a stand. This in itself wouldn't be an issue, but the manufacturer failed to put any rubber feet on the protrusion, so when on a table this will slip all over the place.I could easily resolve it with some little rubber stickers, but it would've been nice to come with this. If it had it would be an easy 5* review.
