Bought this backpack for a trip to Tahiti and Hawaii. While in Raiatea, we took a river cruise on an outrigger boat on a windy day and stopped at a small motu on the return trip. The waves were breaking over the bow of our outrigger boat, which soaked everyone in the boat. My camera and essential personal items were in the bag. The bag is roomy and rugged—the folding closure on top seals tightly. The bag worked very well with no leaks and was comfortable to wear. For the price, this is well worth the purchase.

This bag is a good value. I’ve used it for a week in Puerto Rico and it’s held up well. It’s been to the beach, kayaking, and hiking in the rainforest and everything stays dry. More paddling of the straps would be nice , but if you use the waist belt, it can comfortably carry gear/water for 2 people for a day of activity.

100% dry bad. There is a pocket accessible from outside that one is not water proof. But everything else is 100% covered from splashes. Prooved itself on a long jetski ride across the ocean with constant water/wind splashing us. Very comfortable to wear. I'm super happy with the quality.

Didnt get submerged, but kept my items dry during a boat trip.

Bought for a fishing trip to AK. Worked great on land, in the boat, and in the airport.
