This brace provides moderate support while also still being flexible enough to move comfortably. I had a minor ankle sprain a few weeks ago that healed 95%, but then I tried playing soccer and the pain was getting worse with each game. I didn't want to sit out the rest of the season, so I tried this brace and it really helped. I was able to run and flex my foot pretty well while wearing it. It also helps when I play pickleball, providing support for lateral movement. When I first tried it, the seam on the bottom caused a bruise on the arch of my foot. It felt a lot better once I pulled the sleeve higher up on my leg to that the seam was more towards the heel. Overall, it probably wouldn't be supportive enough for major sprains but it's good for light to moderate support.

I got this brace for my Plantar Fascitis. It gave me immediate results. My foot felt supported and comfortable. Exactly what I needed. Great price too.

Got these for my ankle which can give out at any in time,Injury from the military. They really do support well and are adjustable which is very helpful. They only thing is that the bindings can make it a snug fit into your shoe.

I suffered a torn Achilles tendon in July 2024. After surgery and 4 months of PT my physical therapist my therapist released me from her care and recommended these to provide support as I continued to heal. The brace is high quality and provides strong and comfortable support as I begin to resume normal walking. It fits snug, but not tight.

The pressure on these things was way too tight. I could not keep it longer than 10 mts

I have reinjured an old sprained ankle. Tried cold/hot compresses and used an ace bandage for the lase 6 weeks and had little success. Picked up this ankle wrap and over night had a reduction in swelling and pain. I wear the wrap for about 8 hrs a day and during my higher activity times. I am able to go for a walk and do mild activities with minimal discomfort. The wrap is easy to put on and off and is adjustable

Great support! I do martial arts and hurt my ankle 6 days ago. I just got off crutches 3 days ago and have been taking it light in class. This came yesterday and I was actually able to do most things in class, including sparring! I wrapped it as instructed, as well as wrapping criss cross behind first, which gave me a little more of the heel/ankle support I was looking for. Would’ve given 5 stars if there was a way to get a bit more heel/behind the ankle support. Overall great product!
