One of the best product I would say. Products consists for both follicular and luteal phase. Seperate compartment is been provided for the phases. I can see good results after using the products. Mood swings is balanced. They have used natural sugars for the product which is again an added benefit. Thank you girltribe. Would highly recommend this product.
