So our counter tops are 43.5" tall.These do great and are very comfortable.They are nicely padded and the arm rests give you something to grab onto when getting into the seat.Even though they are fully extended, they are pretty secure. The base is decently wide, and once the seat post is seated in the base, it's a very stable platform.If your hands are even slightly dirty or greasy, they will leave marks on the chair material. Easy to clean off, but something to thing about with darker colors. It's not a fault, just something to be aware of.The lower cost also allows me to swap to a newer design every few years or so.Note: we also have a pub high table - fully lowered, these bar stools work fine for extra seating there as well.

Arrived today and I was so excited to add this bar stool to mu new kitchen. Took me about 10 minutes to assemble. Loving the ivory color and the smooth swirl. At first I was worried about the "mid back" but it appears to be just right for us We are in the shorter build so no problem supporting our backs. I bought one to see if that works and I am definitely buying the 2nd one.

We ordered three of the white bar stools and they are pretty and look nice at our countertop. They arrived quickly, were carefully packaged with protective wrap, and were easy to assemble. They are well-padded.However, we find they tend to slope to the front so it is an effort to keep from sliding to the front, even when you push yourself against the back support of the chair. The arms are curved so far forward that they prevent you from getting in the chair if it is pulled up to the counter. That means there is a wide gap between you and your food, making it uncomfortable to eat a meal. And lastly, we were expecting the bases to be as wide as the seats, but they are smaller. This makes the seats not as sturdy.It is most difficult to purchase a chair without having sat in it. We looked at local furniture stores and were unable to find anything that was comfortable, swiveled, adjusted height, and was sturdy. We decided at $90 each, we could manage with them until they wore out. However, we would not buy them again.

I love these bar chairs♥️ they're adjustable and the seat is wide and so comfortable ☺️ I'm planning on buying an additional chair. Trust me when I tell you these chairs are awesome. BUY THEM!!
