If you're pulling cable around 90 degree turns these pulleys can eliminate up to 2 helper positions needed. Great for tray, not optimal for J hooks but still very valuable for ceiling entry/exit. The only reason I've had to replace them is forgetting them in the ceiling.

Love these things. I bought 8 to run data cables from steal truss beams . 1st time. What a life saver. Saved my butt. Added some spring clip carabiner to them and just clip to truss. After hang J hooks and collect your pulleys. Yes, I did a 20 cable pull no issues.

I will NEVER pull cable again without these pulleys!! Normally I'm pulling cable by myself, so anytime I hit a bend or a turn, I have to stop and pull a bunch of slack. Not anymore!! I've pulled CAT6 ~200ft through 4 bends like it was nothing! In the attached pictures, I'm pulling fiber through 6 floors of IT closet including a zig-zag where one of the floor penetrations didn't line up with the rest, and it was laughably easy! Yes, those are fiber jumper cables, not meant for pulling, so you can't really put any tension on them when pulling, and with these pulleys I didn't have to. I started out with just 2 pulleys and one of the drop-ceiling sleeves and they worked so well that I went and bought 2 more pairs of pulleys. I would definitely recommend grabbing some paracord & a pile of carabiners to go with these. They'll be a huge help in getting the pulleys placed where you need them.

I used them to pull in fiberstubs in Telcom building ran 2 stubs that were 144 count each.. they worked great I will be buying a few more in the future

I have been installing cables for over 30 years. Often by myself pulling cables. These are a must have to avoid damaging your cables and surrounding ceiling grid etc. Work smarter, not harder kind of tool!
