This cable can work with any single mode fast connectors, LC/SC/ST/FC. Nothing special required. But please pay attention to the fixed connection at the end of the fast connectors.

LC/SC/ST/FC fast connectors can be used.

Q: Can this fiber be used underground in conduit knowing that the conduit might fill with water? Can this fiber be in water foe extended lengths of time?

Not recommended for use in pipelines. This is an overhead optical cable. We have specialized ducted fiber optic cables.
