No way to reach out
We returned this item and have not heard back from this company if they received it. Have not gotten the refund. It's been a month. I wouldn't give it even a one star if I had an option. Bad customer service. Lift could not get into space in bathroom.

Works but might need to modify to suit your needs.
Our child has DMD and a hoyer lift won't fit in our common areas. We made modifications to suit our needs. Any modifications you make are your choice. I am not responsible or liable.In our situation the hand crank "works" but it's very slow. I purchased a 14mm 4point socket (see photos). I'm careful to stay within the high/low limits.The seat can be difficult to get under a person in a wheelchair. We modified our lift with u-bolts to utilize a hoyer style split leg sling (see photos).Our child is 100lbs. These modifications are a significant improvement for us.

You get what you pay for
Was easy to assemble but that is where easy ends. We have 2 electric wheelchairs and we can't use it with either. Base doesn't fit with the wheel chair. Works great with manual wheelchair or a motor scooter. Doesn't feel very safe too person in it and it does not crank or roll easily. You get what you pay for.

Most important; for planning what this lift chair will or will not fit under, wheel clearance from floor contact to cap nut = 5 3/4 inches on unit I received. Seller I believe gave a generous 6 inches even. The extra 1/4 inch is a plus.I have changed the clearance of the chair that patient insists on using so this unit will roll under unimpeded.Easy enough to assemble even without instructionsArrives on time, If I remember correctly -1 week to 9 days.Package arrived intact and well packaged.Item was shipped to east coast USA,Construction designed to meet purposeIf the unit is to be used very often, remove crank handle and buy motor cranking system and monitor lubrication of lifting screw or fabricate or have a motor cranking system fabricated with a proper guard.The above is for my comment only.
