These are great to have on hand if you don't have time to simply go out into most any backyard and fine wild lettuce growing and process it yourself. I have been taken them for about a month. They seem to help a little but we haven’t noticed a major change with just taking them and need to add something else to go to sleep.Hard to say if they are working

I was having neck pain during rainy weather, I was take two Aleve's and that didn't help.When I combined three of these with two Aleve's that my neck pain would start clearing up in about a half-hour.Some people say it makes them drowsy, it doesn't do that for me.

It's unfortunate that this product did initially help me get to sleep. But during the night it hurt my stomach badly. It's the next morning and I'm still in pain from it. I think this is a high quality product, just not for everyone. If you already have any digestive issues I do not recommend trying this, absolutely not worth the pain I'm in.

These capsules were very gentle on my system. So easy to digest. Started taking them just a bit before bed and have gotten real results. Helped me sleep and eased my minor aches and pains. I love the idea that I can now stop taking my over the counter pain medicine. This is all natural so I feel better about what I’m ingesting into my body. I highly recommend this product!
