The pack fits very snug on me. The adjustable straps makes this pack very comfortable (you can adjust how tight you want the pack to fit on you). I can twist and turn on my bed and the pack doesn't move out of place and no castor oil seeps out the pack or through the pack. It's a great purchase

I don’t know what or how this works but it works. I bought this pack and some organic castor oil and flannel and put this on at night while watching tv with a heating pad. It works SO fast and got rid of all my bloating when I woke up the morning. I use it a couple nights a week and it’s amazing. The pack works great. I would recommend buying flannel as well to stick in between so the pack doesn’t get gross personally. You have to make sure the Velcro in the back lines up perfectly otherwise it’s a little itchy (as all Velcro is) against skin. Really amazing results.

I really love my castor oil pack it’s great quality and thick and durable for all night wear. The Velcro can get kind of pinchy but overall it’s great. It’s adjustable to most sizes which works if I have baggier clothing on. The design is cute too

Among all the options for use with the latest castor oil craze, I'm glad I bought this one, for a few simple reasons: It's well made, attractive, and reasonably priced. That's as much as I can say, as I never really tried using it before my 30 day return window expired. By the time I selected this (after reviewing far too many options to choose from) I was totally over the need to use it. Based on the scientific literature, IMO, I believe the castor oil "craze" or "phase" to be just that . . . A popular practice that offers little to no scientific health benefit, when used on the abdomen as recommended. For those who DO feel there's merit, and they've benefited from its use in this way, I think this wrap is attractive and very well made! Would also make a great gift.

This pack is very well made. It is thick and very easy to use with the thick velcro straps. The pocket to add a heated pad is a plus, very convenient and even comfortable.

None of these are comfortable, back to the drawing board. Why doesn’t anyone make one slips on. I hate hooking all these together.

I was not incentivized in any way to write this review. Stumbled upon this product when buying my usual castor oil replacement pack. I’ve been doing castor oil packs for my ovaries for more than a year. I just so happened to see this one while scrolling to find the one I normally buy that’s very inexpensive. This one, for just a few dollars more, looked so quality.Despite it taking me initially 3-4 months to find a decent castor oil pack, I decided to branch out once more and try this one.Let me tell you, this far supersedes the competition. Excellent material, much more comfortable band, way more size inclusive, cuter, just an overall better product.I will now be a repeat customer to this product over the other ones. Highly recommend and can tell it is going to last so much better than the ones with cheap buttons and seams that rip!

I am using this on my knee and not as designed for around abdomen and it works just fine. No leakage of the oil, very absorbent, good workmanship, quite soft and very comfy. Price is very reasonable.
