I never leave reviews. But I had a ton of wax deep in my ears and I could barely hear and I could feel it anytime I talked. I had an ear camera and could see all of it but couldn’t get it out. See my before and after photo. Then I ordered this product and it worked like a charm and blasted every bit of wax from my ears. My ears have never felt so clear. Best purchase ever!

Perhaps it was stubborn ear wax, but I found the strongest setting the only one that would truly clean my ears. It helped to have my wife give me a hand with it, because I was unsuccessful using this alone. A second person can see what needs to be flushed out. The included otoscope wasn't great. The light was faint, and there really was no use in looking through it. My wife primarily used it as a light and looked around it. After having my ears cleaned by a nurse practitioner every year or two, having my own kit will come in very handy!

Wish someone wrote this review before I bought it. It's a water pump and if it were just that I would say thumbs up. But since it is advertised to help with ears I will way first wax did not come out and second it caused bad ear pain immediately after using. Please just go see a doctor. If someone like me has chronic ear problems it is still more worth it to schedule an appointment than it is to deal with the ear pain that this caused.

Works as promised but not much better that a manual spray version

I got this product because my daughter constantly has hard impacted ear wax when I sayyyy this did the job and quick too it’s also easy to clean use and for the price you can’t beat it. I decided to use it on myself and amazed at what came out my ear when I regularly clean it got deep down wax that was pushed in by a tips.

This is the second ear cleaner I tried from Amazon. I like this one much better than the first. This one has a light and a magnifier around the tip so you can see inside the ear very well. There are several options for how forceful the stream of water can be. It seems more durable than some of the cheaper models. I would recommend this product!
