It is made of snow-white, good quality fabric. So good that it could be worn as a skirt, not necessarily hidden underneath. Not see-through, the amount of fabric is sufficient. All stitching looks proper, no sloppiness. There is a possibility to adjust length and volume, and every way looks nice. The sizes are accurate. The waist band is strong enough. 5/5

Literally most versatile and best petticoat I could've gotten. Easy to control sizes with the strings across 3 layers so I can use it for any cosplay or Lolita coordinate!

In the front, sides, and back, there are strings above each hoop that can be drawn and tied to lift it up and shorten the hemline.

I read the reviews and what got me was that it said that it fits pretty much every size. I’m a 2XL, so I figured it would fit me. I was SO WRONG!! It is not giving at all!! I actually had to cut the sides of mine in order for it to go over my hips. I’m very disappointed that I wasted $40 on this. Other than that it is beautiful. Wish it fit better. Make some that are for plus size women and then call me!

I used this to help fill out my below-the-knee wedding dress and it was perfect. Each layer is adjustable with drawstrings on all sides and the waist is also adjustable. The lace is beautiful and is very cute peeking out the hemline.
