Ordered two boxes. The outer box was really beat up. Inside, one of the boxes was broken, but surprisingly, the cookies inside were OK. The other box looked fine on the outside, but half the cookies inside were broken into multiple pieces. ( Cookies are wrapped in opaque packets of two cookies each, so you can’t tell my just looking.)They were still yummy, so we didn’t bother to return them. (If they had been a gift, I would have been very disappointed!)

Purchased this on April 21st and received on April 23rd. Item was best by March 5th...

Expired by mostly 2 months.Still tasty so 3 stars. I would have given 5 stars; stop selling expired product! I bought this because it came from the warehouse, not a second-party source. I THOUGHT your company regulates sell-by/use by dates!

The packet said it expired a month ago when it arrived. And it's a non returnable item.

Cookies are very good but arrived broken. Probably due to packaging.
