I don't know about cleaning teeth but...
I bought this to remover grime from my guitars fretboard during deep cleanings. It does an amazing job of this as long as your careful. Obviously being metal it will damage the wood if you're not careful. If you take your time and go right up next to the frets and lightly scrape it across it will pull grime from your hands you didn't even see. Does it work for teeth? I don't know I don't even like the thought of metal scraping my teeth. Does it work for cleaning up your fretboard? You bet!!!

Nicely made stainless pick. I use it to clean the back of my front lower teeth. I get a lot of scale there.Careful. This is a very sharp tool and you need to be deliberate and conscious of your movements.

I use this all the time. Cleans my teeth really well in those nooks and crannies. Dentist always says my teeth look great. Highly recommend.

I returned mine.
The scraper part of mine was loose where it attached to the handle. Not what I had hoped so it was returned.
