Awesome
Wow what a deal. I was skeptical at first but glad I made the purchase. I must say this is a trusted Amazon reseller. There are no scratches, dings or imperfections on this laptop. This is by far one of the best laptops out there. Sure there's newer models but the specs on this unit are great. I did a lot of research and watched many YouTube videos. I have a Surface Pro 4 which served me well for many years, but hands down this unit blows it away. I paid $1000.00 for it new. I would buy from Amazon & this seller again.

Looked Nice, but Watch out for Battery Degradation
I tried buying a refurbished Surface Laptop 4 through this vendor twice. The first one failed shortly after purchase. I am returning the second one for an uncomfortably degraded battery, which came with 570+ cycles, and drained excessively fast.I feel like I am being asked to take on an unreasonably high risk of unpredictable battery issues for a refurbished item described as excellent. I am told many other vendors would hesitate to ship a battery in this condition, and it would be good practice to disclose more information to prospective buyers.Buyers may wish to generate their own battery report for refurbished laptops purchasing using command: powercfg /battery report.

Needed to pay extra for return
The PC makes a weird noise, and they used glue to stick the bottom supports together, which makes it unstable and movable. Additionally, the glue makes everything sticky. I had to pay an extra $16 shipping fee to return it. Don't buy this product; it was just a waste of time and money.

Great customer support.
The first shipment had an issue, but the seller worked with me quickly to identify the issue and had a replacement out very quickly. The second shipment worked flawlessly.

Buyer Beware!
Everything about this listing is misleading.First, this device came with Windows 10, not Windows 11.Second, while I understand that this is reconditioned, the received device still had screen/lid protectors on, food stains on the keyboard, and scratches to the chassis.Third, the keyboard keys are heavily worn, and the T key is functionally unusable. It sticks, and typically does not acknowledge key presses. This alone should have disqualified the device from "Reconditioned - Excellent".Fourth, the quoted battery time is for the product is from when it was new. I promise you will not get the stated battery life because this is a heavily used product, so the battery life will not be anywhere near as good.Whomever is doing the reconditioning isn't even going through the motions of actually checking the device. Testing, cleanup and reconditioning are not being done at all on these devices, so it is only in as good a condition as the previous owner left it.This is a risky purchase and should be treated like an auction purchase from someone with no feedback. Sure, you could get a fully functional product in very good shape for a great price, but you could also get a trashed, non-functioning item or anything in between...the quality control is that poor.I honestly don't know how or why Amazon puts their name to this kind of "refurbished" product.

Product description *not* accurate.
"Excellent" condition is far from accurate.Scratches on the casing.A film of "something" covering the mouse pad.It came with Window's 10 - *not* Window's 11.Luckily I was able to fix a majority of the issues, but it took me a couple of days.I honestly didn't care about all of these imperfections (because of the price)... but someone else might. Just put an accurate description on the next product you sell.
