Like most people looking at these filters- I too have purchased one for every single vehicle I have owned. For the money- to never have to replace the filter when you get your oil changed (when they scam you on it) is nice. I have used these in cars, trucks, motorcycles, and even kids remote control toys. K&N is a quality filter. I find on average a MPG increase of 1-2 MPG with these filters. The 2016 Encore this particular filter went into is getting 2 MPG better. Great fit, quality, and performance. Can't go wrong. Installation was literally 5-minutes.

K&N now advertises 75K mi on the air filter before cleaning and reusing. Probably last even up to 100K mi if not too dusty where you live. I have used these high-quality filters before, and they last a long time, essentially forever. Put them in the air box and forget about them. I add a little more oil to the new filter and use some sealing grease in the air box to prevent any chance of dirt getting into engine. Filters always fit just right and drop right in. If you adhere to extended maintenance intervals, this superior product is for you. You may get some minor performance improvement, but it's the last air filter you will ever buy.

Better gas mileage, better performance, what can I say the best air filter

Well, It works.... I have used K&N before in many vehicles, my Silverado, g35 sedan, Subaru forester, ford explorer and more going back through the years.... I use them because I was and re-use. I always checked if I got better MPG and not once could I say 100% that my mpg increased, until now with the Trax. I have a 2016 Trax and I got a bump... not only in the vehicles instrument ... but by the tank full. a full 1 mpg more... from .8 to 1.3 mpg per tank full. So that tells me Chevy didn't do their math right, the little engine needs more airflow. if you have a Chevy Trax for sure use this, it will pay for its self and then some!

Great filters. We only use KN Washable filters, they just make more sense and them seem to let more air in to the engine. Average about 1MPG more with these than standard paper.

Was sent the wrong filter contacted got a shipping label and they send the correct filter before I had shipped out the original filter! Do not know about quality yet but k&n is a trusted brand so I’m sure it’s great!
