If the USB Ports in the left armrest storage is in Any way important to you then i would Not purchase this chair.I could care less about this, however i was still disappointed when i tried to use them and neither of them produced a charge.Putting this "issue" aside i was not disappointed at any way with this chair. The color is less red and more a dark red then it appears (on my phone at least) but this actually made it more subtle. I liked this because i was looking for something to stand out and add a bit of color to my otherwise all chocolate/cappuccino brown living room furniture, but i didn't want it to be an eyesore.I've had a problem with Every recliner I've ever used or seen available to buy where the leg rest never truly became parallel to the ground and so it always felt like i was sliding forward and out of the chair. Or that the leg rests were too short so that over half of my calves would hang over the edge. Which is not only really uncomfortable, but unhealthy as well. This chair has a phenomenal leg rest!Another issue was that chairs never really recline back to a far enough degree to where i felt like i might actually fall asleep in them, unless you were willing to spend thousands on a chair that was specifically made as a sleeper. This chair goes back to a perfect degree and i have fallen asleep twice already in the 4 days I've had it. Be aware that it is not so soft like memory foam where you feel like you might sink in and get swallowed up in the seat cushion, but any reviews that say it is horribly uncomfortable are exaggerating, and probably just didn't like something random or stuff that they didn't want to admit to because it was dumb.Admittedly my a** Has been spoiled by sitting on top of so much foam and it took me a couple of days to break both my butt and the seat in, but now it is comfortable and actually feels supportive unlike memory foam. If you Are looking for a memory foam softness, then this chair is Not for you.My Only fear is that the whole thing that makes it a "recliner" is motorized, and if that would ever break, it would cease to function as one. Even worse it might get locked into whatever position it was in when the motor died. I've seen hundreds of motorized recliners tho in my search (specifically targeted for the elderly and disabled), so I'm having faith that they've spent a lot of time (in general) making all chairs with motors last.In conclusion, this chair was better than i could have expected, the footrest alone sold me, and the storage bins in the armrests are Huge! All of the misc remotes/any books/tablets/earphones/earbuds i have All fit nside, at the same time! Where before they were scattered all over my living room. Even my Xbox controller (cordless or corded) and my gaming headphones got inside and you can still close the lids. And the duel cup holders are fantastic. You can have a drink in one and your main remote can sit in the other. I highly recommend this chair (with the above caveats).OMG i Sunkist forgot about the "assembly". Bigger before has a piece of furniture been so ridiculously Easy to assemble. It Actually took 10 minutes by myself. It really is just as easy as popping the back into the base, and it feels super secure wants the two pieces are locked together, as if they had always been together in one piece.

It reclines easily, but it does make noise. I don't know if it is because it is new, or if it is normal occurrence. It is not very loud, just unexpected. My biggest complaint and the reason I took one star away is because of the color. It is more ivory than white, as seen in the picture. On the cushion, there is a single white piece of paper that I am using for comparison, to show the difference in color.It doesn't really match the room, but it would be a huge hassle to return and expensive. So, if you are looking for white, this is not the product you want. Don't make my mistake.

Got this item free delivered 2 days after ordering. We ordered 2 chairs. Nice looking, extremely easy to assemble, plug and play. Very good range of motion, 1 button to fold and another one to unfold, USB charge plug, extra AC outlets inside the armrests. Comfy and soft.

My clients love it. The only issue is if you are using it for providing services the neck part is long so it will require clients to slide up.
