I cannot use my CPAP without this product
I can never get a decent seal on any mask I wear; thanks to these silly, overpriced donuts made of t-shirt material, I can actually sleep. My face (around the seal) doesn't sweat anymore, so I'm not losing seal in the middle of my sleep cycle. It doesn't create a 'tighter' seal, just the opposite; it allows a minute, near-unnoticeable amount of air to escape all around the mask, creating an 'air seal' as it were. There's no sound or annoying blow-by feeling due to it, so don't worry about that.I went from only being able to use my cpap for 2-3 hours a night to sleeping a full night simply because of this product. For that, I give it 5 stars. The price is absurd, it is seriously about 3 dollars worth of material, but for those of us who have not had a full night's sleep in years/decades, our value meter is a bit skewed :)I'm on my 3rd month of buying these. I'm not disappointed.

Ok, but probably better to use an old t-shirt
These are designed for the nose mask, so if you buy them for the full face mask they will definitely be very small. For the nose mask, they area bit large for my taste. They hang over my lip and into my eyes at bit. I bought them because the mask was causing the bridge of my nose to break out. I folded up the bottom and then pull the fabric down a bit and that was pretty good. The reality is that you would do just as well cutting a small strip from an old t-shirt if it is only the bridge of the nose. I suppose these are adequate but not great.

Here's what I do
I have struggled with all of the various comfort covers--the ones with elastic, with tape, etc. I like the feel of these but they don't stay on well. My solution, I use cloth tape and tape them onto the CPAP cover. Now if they would cut the price in half (I feel they are over priced for what they are).

Don't waste your time or money!
You can make these yourself! Very cheap quality. Looks like someone cut the shape from a thin, cheap t-shirt! They did not work at all!

Did not fit
I was disappointed in this product as it’s a good concept. However, although it says it fits Resmed it does not fit all types of full face masks. Therefore, it did not work for my mask.
