great iMac at a great price
What is not to like? This iMac is fast and very responsive. Worked like I hoped it would. So very happy with this machine.

So Far So Good
When I was forced to upgrade my 2009(!) desktop Mac, I wanted one as much like my old one as possible. My great tech guy recommended this one. It came very well packaged and required a signature. My tech guy transferred all my old files, apps, etc., and that went fine. This new one is of course somewhat faster and totally silent. I've only been using it about two weeks, but so far it's working perfectly.

Runs like new
Delivery was quick but the box it came in had its tape opened or damaged. Minor scratches in the back. Comes with "Macally" brand keyboard and mouse both USB connected. Not an Apple keyboard/mouse like another commenter said.Computer itself boots up and runs nearly like new. Updates from iOS Version 10.5 to 13.7 after about an hour of processing. No other issues.Managing user profile was a bit annoying to figure out as it keep launches a plethora of Systems Processing and Terminal windows computer jargon. User is "Test" and comes with a password that was not given but I had to guess several times until I got "1234." Then you can't make changes until you add another User profile, make it admin, switch to that profile, and then delete the "Test" profile.

Super - in every way.
I was so leery about buying a refurbished computer - now, I am here to give my purchase the highest possible praise. Computer was packaged for total safety, not a mark even on outside of box. Stiff packing inside so that computer was protected on both sides - somebody was really careful. Beautiful computer, not one single mark on it anywhere, absolutely looks like a new, never used device - I could not be more thrilled.The keyboard looks brand new, as does the mouse - THEY ARE BOTH APPLE PRODUCTS! I feel as though I hit the jackpot. And I am not being paid to write this, I am an elderly woman on a limited budget and thought about buying a refurbished Apple computer for the past 6 months. This purchase has only brought me pure pleasure, as we say here in the South!
