Overall, the product is good. However, on the second day of use, the motor started making unusual noises. I contacted the customer service team, and they promptly replaced the necessary parts. Since then, it has been running smoothly.In terms of taste, the output is decent – not exceptionally smooth or tasty, but not bad either.

We are happy with the service provided by Livpure team. The person was extremely pro-active and helped us immediately as soon as we raised the concern of water leaking. He came fixed and now we aren't facing any problem since that day.Thanks for prompt action.

Good product but tds adjuster should be there so that we can control the tds. From the very beginning it has 20 tds and can't change to more or less.It has water flow indicator. But instead of this storage indicator should be there.

Reviewing this after 1 month use experience:Pros:1. Taste of water is awesome.2. TDS is perfect and tested.3. Removes all impurities.3. Machine is silent.4. Purification is quick. I think it fills 7 litres in 15-20 minutes maximum.5. Installation was quick the same day with no hassle. The installation guy took no charge.6. Fills around 7 litres in a full tank.7. Sleek and modern design.8. Pocket convenience. The total machine costs around 7k.Cons:1. The water inlet tap could be of better quality.2. TDS adjuster is not present as informed by installation guy. I am not sure if TDS imbalance in future after machine use for longer periods of time but acceptable at this price point.The company periodically calls you to check feedback which is great. Such benifits at this price point is really awesome. Overall I am satisfied. Will repost a new review after 6 months.

RO is of good quality. Livpure representative came for installation. It was easy to install and working fine. It's size can be extended to 1/2 liters more because it's only suitable for 2-3 members in family.

I've purchased this product two months back, so far no issue and working fine. Installation was lightening fast. I have been using Livpure since last 2 years and it has been great experience so far, at this price point this is the best water purifier available in the market.

The waterpurifier is very sleak and the design is good.The tank will fill within 20 min. There is only one problem, the tap system is not appropriate for taking out large quantity of water. To make the tap open we have to lift it and when we have to close and make it down the water splashes everywhere.
