Morris the Moose (I Can Read Level 1) Paperback – March 15, 1991

My 1st grader son loves this book ! He recently brought it home from school library. Since he loved it so much I bought him one. 1st grade so he's learning how to read . He is able to read this book without hesitation.

When I was teaching 1st grade, this was one of the most popular books that I read to the students. They were so excited and thought Morris was sofunny. That started it--they'd look through the books and then start reading them, which was what I wanted. They learned that reading can be fun.So when I was looking to buy a fun book for my grandson who is in first grade it wasn't even a question--I knew he would enjoy every bit of those books

My son loved this book and I got it again for my grandson.

I remember reading this book when I was a child and loved it! My son is in 1st grade and is a little slow at reading. He could read this book and he loved it. It is not too long for him to read so he doesn't lose interest. We think Morris the Moose is fun and entertaining!

The book came in perfect condition! My father would read this to me as a child and give the characters different voices! Now I can do the same for my babygirl! 💕

Will be read to an eight-month-old and them when she's ready, she'll be able to read it herself. Her aunt who does the reading loves moose.

Great young kids story. The story asks the question what makes a thing a thing. The moose thinks everyone is a moose. The cow thinks everyone is a cow, And so on. Good to start conversation about how and why we put people, and things into categories.
