Great choice
I have used 3 different water fountains but Brio is the best so far.this 4 stage filtration does really good job to filter the water.taste really good. Also the water temperature control system works great as well.now I can literally enjoy my tea with its hot water.I strongly suggest this product.

It doesn't work.
I dislike that the cooler does not work. I just set it up. I had a plumber come do all the hookups to make sure the setup was correct. The cool is not cool. I have tried to reset it this morning but I am not optimistic.

Fantastic replacement for buying bottled water
Really love how easy this was to install, how great the water tastes and unlike other reviews I don’t find it to be loud at all. The hot water is hot at 161 degrees while the cold water is pretty cold at 54 degrees. By comparison my fridge only dispenses water at 62 degrees. One thing I didn’t catch in other reviews is that when you install the filters you have to flush them through the water line and you’ll need to have it drain somewhere for 5 minutes per filter. It has a short hose which for me I had to run out the window as I couldn’t get it back to the sink. This is only needed when changing filters so not a big deal but something to consider when figuring out your location for install. As a family we go through about 2 cases of bottled water per week so while this initial cost is fairly high and filters aren’t cheap, this will easily pay for itself in no time and the water actually tastes better to me than the individual bottled waters.

Brio water system
The water is excellent. No taste at all- all water has some kind of “taste” and the 4 filters really make a huge impact on the quality of water. Hooks right up to the plumbing in the kitchen so there are no jugs to replace or reservoir to fill and clean. Hot, room temp and cold buttons. I definitely drink a lot more water now too. The 32oz bottles came from Amazon as well. I don’t have to buy expensive bottled water and I don’t have bags of bottles to recycle. All around perfect buy that will deliver for years to come

Love the convenience of a point of use water filter, but....
I've been using Brio point-of-use water filters for a few years now and love them. The convenience of hot, cold or room temperature filtered water on demand is fantastic. Whether you need to quench your thirst or prepare an instant noodle soup, it's ready to go.Don't get me wrong, it hasn't always been perfect and it does come at a cost. The first unit I owned (almost identical to this one) began freezing the cold water and wouldn't dispense until it was unplugged and allowed to defrost. Also, replacement filters can be costly. A set of filters for this unit cost about $120 after a 20% auto delivery subscription discount, which you can choose in 3, 6 or 12 month intervals.Installation is easy, and everything needed for the install is included. Anyone who's comfortable installing a faucet should be able to install this with little effort. You will need both a water source and electricity wherever you choose to place it.While this unit is marketed as self-cleaning and maintenance free, the manual clearly states that it should be sanitized every 3 months and to remove mineral deposits every 6 months. So I find the marketing misleading.Overall, while I love having a point of use water filter, I've found them to be unreliable and costly. That said, I'm hoping this one will be trouble free and I'm willing to pay for the convenience it offers.

After less than 6 months, not cooling and loud.
Will update review after seeing what can be done to solve the issues. The water tastes great but we start with rainwater that has been filtered down to 20 micron before it gets to the Brio. Flow is good. Can fill a water bottle at a decent rate. Biggest problem is it isn't cooling.
